We are a small team running a carrier-neutral data center in downtown Orlando. Small is the important word: everyone here touches the facility, the customers and the equipment, and nobody has a narrow lane.

We would still rather hear from you than not. If you have data center operations, network, or customer support experience and you are in the Orlando area, send us a note describing what you have actually worked on and we will keep it on file. When something opens, that is the list we go to first.

What the work is like
The facility runs 24/7/365 and is unstaffed by design, so operations work here is a mix of scheduled maintenance, customer installs and being the person who responds when a system alerts. It is hands-on — cabinets, cross-connects, power, cooling — and it is customer-facing, because the people racking equipment are usually standing next to you while you do it.
Office hours are Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm ET. The facility itself does not keep office hours.
